Instant Trees is a family owned business and was started by Jannie and Marge Mundell in 1982. We have two farms which we grow our trees on, the first is at Germiston (East Rand) and this is also where our offices are situated, our other farm is at Hartbeespoort. We supply to landscapers, nurseries, municipalities, developers etc. But we also have a retail nursery for the public on our Germiston Farm!
We specialize in (high quality container grown) established trees and can proudly say that we grow more than 50 species (both indigenous and exotic) in large quantities. We specialize in the following size trees: 20 liter, 40 liter and 100 liter containers
Garden Goods CC was started in August 2008 by Ryan Hermanson and his wife Nicola.
We started with an online shop selling seeds and bulbs, and this online shop grew into a comprehensive range of gardening related products, with the biggest range of seeds on any South African shopping website!
Garden Goods CC grew over time into a wholesaler of seeds and fertilizer, mainly focused on the agricultural sector, and nowadays a producer and wholesaler of plants and trees at our nursery in Northriding, Jo’burg, SA.
Our wholesale plant and tree nursery is a job creation project, that if successful will keep providing many jobs for residents of Cosmo City for many years to come… we currently have around 20 employees who live in Cosmo City! The idea is that we do FREE Garden Clean-ups and FREE Landscaper Plant Pick-ups, which increases our stock of plants, and in turn provides a service to our clients… also, because we have low input costs in producing fully grown plants, we can then sell them cheaper to landscapers and nurseries… and this will hopefully be a long-term sustainable job creation project that can be applied to ALL areas of South Africa, maybe even the world 🙂
Having started over 27 years ago, Nu-Leaf has prospered and grown to be one of the largest bedding plant nurseries in South Africa. Located on the corner of Peter Road and Beyers Naudé in Honeydew, Nu-Leaf Nursery stocks the largest variety of summer and winter annuals and perennials in Africa.
The quality of our flowers and plants is exceptional as great pride and care is taken in selecting stock for sale. We also offer annual and perennial seedlings that are indigenous to South Africa. In addition, our services include valuable input to landscaping and irrigation for both commercial and residential properties.
We cater for gardens of all sizes. Our trays of 128 or 200 plants offer unmatched value and quality. Nu-leaf’s highest quality plants have graced thousands of Gauteng and Pretoria gardens for years, providing garden colour through all four seasons. Our huge range of annuals and perennials lets you plan your growing season, ensuring that there is always colour in your garden. And if your growing space isn’t big enough for 24 pack perennials, for example, no need to worry! We also have a selection of perennials in pots to suit everyone’s needs – perfect for the balcony garden. Although some of these perennials will die down in cold winter gardens, they will emerge again each spring and summer year after year larger and more beautiful than before.
Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will help with any questions that you may have. Nu-Leaf Nursery is open 7 days a week, Monday-Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturday-Sunday trading from 8:00-16:00, delivering our products to selected areas in Gauteng.

Grow Wild is a nursery specializing in the propagating of plants indigenous to Southern Africa.
We grow a wide variety of trees, shrubs, groundcovers, bulbs and aloes. If what you want is not available at Grow Wild we will try and source for you. Some of the plants listed are not suitable for cold Highveld gardens.
Our emphasis is on hardy Highveld plants which will survive periods of drought as well as harsh winter temperatures.
We also supply wholesale plants to landscapers, schools and municipalities.
Random Harvest is a retail and wholesale nursery of South African indigenous plants, including those that are particularly suitable for Highveld conditions. We have been supplying landscapers and landscape architects for over 26 years.
