ABOUT MAYISANE CONSORTIUM:
Mayisane Consortium is a 100% black women owned and managed Investment Company. Its core focus is in the Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Mining, Financial Services and Property Development sectors. The Group believes that the current environment is ripe for investment into these industries which have grown exponentially over the last ten years and continue to show superior growth trends into the future. Given the development of its own business model and the resurgence of these sectors, Mayisane believes that the time is now opportune to raise the profile of the company by diversifying its investment portfolio and elevating the company as a mainstream BEE investment contender and to also participate in the transformation of the South African economy by actively pursuing and implementing value-enhancing and/or BEE transactions. The Mayisane Investments (Pty) Ltd consists of three women whom have a wide variety of skills and a collective of over thirty five years in the Financial, ICT, Communications and NGO sectors. Vision is to be leading black women owned, controlled and managed company actively pursuing and implementing value-enhancing and/or BEE transactions. Philosophy is To put “God First” in and when proactively developing and growing the businesses in which Mayisane invests in.
